Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

REVHERB, LLC (“REVHERB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may offer certain products through subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchase options. This policy explains how these purchases are billed, changed, and canceled.

The specific price, billing schedule, delivery frequency, renewal terms, and other material conditions applicable to a purchase option will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize REVHERB and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the price and delivery frequency disclosed at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes may also be charged with each subscription order. Your payment information is stored and processed securely by Shopify or our payment providers.

Unless a specific subscription term is disclosed before purchase, subscriptions continue automatically until canceled.

Managing a Subscription

You may manage, pause, reschedule, or cancel an eligible subscription through the subscription-management link provided in your order confirmation, subscription emails, or customer account.

Available management options may vary according to the product and status of the upcoming order.

Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.

Cancellation applies to future subscription orders. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, you must cancel before that order begins processing.

Once a subscription order has been processed, cancellation of the subscription will not automatically cancel or refund that order. A processed or shipped order may be eligible for return under our [Return and Refund Policy].

After cancellation, you will receive confirmation by email or another retainable method. Please keep the confirmation for your records.

Subscription Notices and Changes

We will provide confirmation of your subscription containing the applicable terms and information about managing or canceling it.

Where required, we will provide periodic reminders concerning an ongoing subscription and instructions for managing or canceling it.

If we make a material change to the subscription price, billing frequency, renewal terms, or other material conditions, we will provide advance notice as required by applicable law. A material change will not take effect retroactively.

Subscription Discounts and Promotions

Any subscription discount applies according to the terms displayed when the subscription is purchased.

Promotional discounts may apply only to the first subscription order unless expressly stated otherwise. Subscription discounts generally cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless permitted at checkout.

If an introductory or promotional price will change after a specified period, the applicable pricing terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be completed, we or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again and may notify you to update your payment information.

We may pause or cancel a subscription if payment cannot be completed. We will not ship a subscription order for which required payment has not been received.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not available for immediate shipment.

The pre-order offer will disclose whether REVHERB will:

• Charge the full purchase price at checkout.

• Collect a partial deposit.

• Authorize or store your payment method for a later charge.

Estimated availability and shipment dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, transportation, inventory, or other circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, we will provide updated information and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Canceling a Pre-Order

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it begins processing for fulfillment by contacting support@revherb.com.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead be subject to our [Return and Refund Policy].

If an eligible pre-order is canceled before fulfillment, any amount collected for the canceled product will be refunded to the original payment method.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase an eligible try-before-you-buy product, REVHERB or its payment provider may authorize your payment method before shipping the product.

The applicable trial period, product price, return requirements, and any related charges will be disclosed before checkout.

You must follow the provided return instructions and initiate any required return within the stated trial period to avoid being charged. If the product is not returned as required within the trial period, your payment method may be charged the disclosed purchase price.

A returned try-before-you-buy product must satisfy the eligibility and condition requirements disclosed with the offer. Applicable return shipping charges will also be disclosed before purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Canceling a subscription or other purchase option does not automatically initiate a product return or refund.

Returns and refunds for products already processed, delivered, or shipped are governed by our [Return and Refund Policy], except where a specific purchase offer or applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our purchase options, business practices, or legal obligations.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter the material terms of an existing purchase option unless permitted by law and communicated to you as required.
